We work with you to scope out a job description with clear responsibilities and expectations. From there we run a rapid fire interview process to find you 2-3 amazing overseas candidates for this role for you to interview and hire one (or more). 

These candidates are embedded in your company and part of your team just like any other normal team member. We handle payroll,  healthcare and benefits, pension payments and all the other messy admin stuff on your behalf. 

We build a detailed job description hand-in-hand with you and match talent to this role from our database of vetted candidates from previous hiring processes for other clients. Outside of that we selectively do targeted outbound recruiting to find candidates whose background and experience make them a perfect fit for your role.

It was a huge pain in the neck for us getting things right when we started. Every country’s workforce is different. Top universities and top employers are different from country to country. Knowing where to find the best talent and how to vet them thoroughly takes experience. We’ve built up this knowledge and experience over time in the different countries we recruit from. 

We vet for candidates that are self-motivated and able to continuously learn. However, everyone runs into new challenges at work that they don’t know how to solve. All the candidates we place know that they can lean on us for support and coaching to push through these challenges.

We primarily find and vet candidates from Pakistan, Egypt and Bangladesh today. 

We can quickly find great, experienced candidates for marketing roles (Digital marketers, Ads buyers, marketing analysts etc), sales roles (Lead Gen, SDRs etc), executive assistants and finance roles (Accountants, bookkeepers and FP&A analysts). 

It varies role to role but around ~$2,000 a month. 

We find and place great candidates in 14 days. 

Once we finalize a detailed job description with you we find and vet great candidates (7 days), set you up for final interviews with them (4-5 days) and wait for you to reflect and pick your top candidate (2-3 days).

The people we interview and place with you are people like anyone else and are taking risks with their time and career to join you and your company.
